R$ 10 thousand alloted for shrimp farming in Piauí


The Priest of Fisheries and Aquaculture, Marcelo Crivelli, satisfied earlier this week with Governor of Piauí, Wilson Nunes Martins, to state the allocation of R$ 10 thousand (USD$ 5 thousand) to be invested in shrimp farming jobs in the state.

The job will certainly be created with small households in the town of Luis Correia.

According to the priest, the task will certainly include the installment of modular cultivation and shrimp manufacturing, feed mill-hands, training for planters, refrigeration devices, and other devices.

Crivelli pointed out "We will certainly help the small producer from the manufacturing, handling and advertising of the item, making it possible for consolidation of this effective plan in Piauí.".

Guv of Piauí, Wilson Martins explained the program intended to build up the fish farming which has been implemented in ten dams in the State.
