ZCME holds Aquatic Feed Training Course for Customers from 16 Countries

Over 40 fishery officers from 16 countries including Indonesia, Philippine, Pakistan, Zambia, Argentina have arrived at headquarter of ZCME recently and attended the aquatic feed training course of Zhengchang Group

The trainees have studied the development and operation state of Zhengchang Group. They are keenly interested in the process procedure of aquatic feed production. Unit Energy Consumption Reached World Advanced Level

The technical index of two of Zhengchang Hammer Mill have been tested to be up to national quality standards and five index including energy consumption of per ton has reached world advanced level during the sample test of National Animal Husbandry Machinery Quality Inspection Center as entrusted by National Quality Inspection Bureau on April 9, 2009. 

During the test, the national inspectors have selected 2 samples at random and conducted overall tests against the national inspection standards. The results show that the weight error of each group of hammer is 1g, dynamic balance and load noise of rotor is less than 84.8 d BA, the bearing temperature has raised about 15.5 ℃, energy consumption of each ton of material has reached 5.0 kw/t, all of which have reached world advanced level. 

Among the above 5 index, the unit energy consumption has been lower by 30%, greatly reducing the electricity costs of the customers. The sound dynamic balance, low temperature rise of bearing, little error of rotor weight have fully proved the extraordinary technical advantages of Zhengchang hammer mill.
